The Natural Chemist ships anywhere within Canada for a flat fee of $$9.99 per order, from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
DELIVERY: Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, with an estimated delivery date. Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to arrive.
RETURNS: At The Natural Chemist, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our products 100% and offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
We accept returns of any product, for any reason for up to 30 days after the original purchase, provided it is at least 75% full.
In order to return an item, please contact us for an authorization form and instructions. Your PayPal account will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned goods.
Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.
If you receive an item in error, or if the item is damaged upon receipt, we will replace it at no additional cost. We will also cover the additional expense for return of the incorrect item.
